How TIDAL's rules fit with your distributor's
Most artists do not upload to TIDAL directly: a distributor delivers the song. That means two sets of AI rules apply. The distributor decides whether it will deliver an AI song at all, and to which stores, and TIDAL then applies its own rules once the song is there. Check both before you plan a release, and keep the date you checked.
